In this lesson, instructor Michael Cedeno will teach you how to animate a basic progressive run, running across the page. You will discover how the centerline of a character shifts during a run. Next, Michael will show you how to apply the same principles of the progressive run to the treadmill run.

In this 5-week course, Michael Cedeno and Kathleen Quaife-Hodge will take you through a super informative journey on how to animate walk and run cycles.
