Now that you have a solid understanding of the essential steps in figure painting, you will focus on organizing it in a more sophisticated way. In week nine, you will learn to establish hierarchy and render the focal point in your composition. Instructor Joseph Todorovitch will demonstrate how to select areas of importance, in which he will focus on developing contrast, saturation, texture, sharp edges, or resolve.
