In week five, instructor Daxiong Guo will teach you how to illustrate in an American style of comics. You will learn to mix and match different concepts to create a narrative unique to you. Daxiong will demonstrate the conception side of character development and develop your story. You will discover how to create the hero character from your mash-up of ideas and bring it to an inking phase.

Throughout this course, you’ll have access to the NMA community for feedback and critiques to improve your work as you progress.

You do not need to purchase specific materials to take this course.
