    John, i think you haven’t checked out the channels. There are a lot of artworks,but posted on specific channels meant for a specific type of activity.

    Ho, I’m sorry for replying so late. Saw these today. There are 2 discord groups, one is the official nma group and another i think is started by andrew.just scroll down and you’ll get it. You can ask for critiques for your paintings too.You can join either or both.
    Also, agreed you might wanna start with more dramatic chiaroscuro lighting and may wanna try something so ambiently lit later. That worked out for me. Nma has got some pretty good photos!

    When ben says you’re supposed to decrease the amount of yellow as things go back into space,am i supposed to think of it as Desaturating the colour? . He added red/orange in the green yellow mixture to decrease the yellow,am i supposed to think of it just as desaturating colour or specifically getting rid of the yellow? Also, wouldn’t purple do a good job or diluting the yellow ?
