Day 40: I felt that I don’t have enough accuracy and prudence while drawing. This lacking in rigorous fundamental trainings always lead me back to the basics. Today I tried drawing slower and put down lines more carefully with eyes set mostly on the references…which unsurprisingly led to some awkward results..lol. I also found myself lacking in distilling forms into simple shapes, which is a bigger hurdle…

Day 33: Studied forms and made a copy of Glenn Vilppu’s figure drawing. Will simplify and back down to the basic a bit tomorrow to see if I can sculpt forms a little better.
