    Thank you and your wife for your imput, yes I see it now, I will try to fix it by painting some reflections and ripples on the fishes to try an “push” them in the water 😀

    Hello, the technique looks fine and in harmony with the rest of the drawing. The only thing I would recomend is to mind the direction your light is coming because the subject is lit from the right and it would make sense to have the left side of the piece in shadow, including the background. This would also give you the chance to “loose” some of the  edges in the figure and make it more integrated and better flowing 🙂

    Hey Carlos! Thanks for your comments, you are right, the composition was done in a more random way, I thought it would contrast with the more serious figure of the Themis maybe it’s too much? 😜

    I was trying out these gouache paintings, and made this attempt at this Egon Schiele’s piece, still a loooong way to go
