Hi @curtishayes, thank you for your feedback and tips! Yes, you got me on holding the pencil too much like a writing pen … 🙂 I recently picked up the basic dexterity exercises again, focusing on moving the whole arm from the shoulder. Good idea to look for S and C curves – I haven’t done that yet – I’m probably too micro focused.

No problem at all, I am guilty of holding the pencil too close the the tip but you get much broader smoother sweeps the further back you go – good luck with your studies 👍

Day 49. It has always seemed  like my abilities take a turn for the worse toward the end of a lesson. But it occurred to me today that perhaps, at the end of a lesson, I finally have gained a refined sensitivity to what is required, without my skills matching those requirements…
