Subscription on hold without warning, months prior to expiration date

Hello everyone,

I’m wondering if anyone else is having trouble with their subscription being mysteriously put ‘on hold’ without any warning.

Has anyone else experienced something like this before? My subscription is due to end on OCT 27 2018 but here I am without access to videos or the image library.

This is especially impactful for me as this is happening on a Sunday, the most productive day of the week. I would appreciate any response from admin and support staff or commiseration from fellow subscribers, I suppose.

I wasn’t sure where to place this post but I thought I might as well do it here. NMA staff take ages to respond to tickets and I think that this merits additional exposure.
