    Hi There,

    I’m working on the Steve Huston portraitcourse and it’s really great. Steve’s an amazing teacher.

    I’m drawing along and was wondering if anyone has some points I can work at. Structure, gesture, values, line quality, anything at all!

    These were made with pencil (and last two with faber-castell) from 5 to 15 minutes for some. All from reference of course.

    These are great! The proportions all look accurate and you have an excellent understanding of facial structure. I’m impressed, too, with the amount of detail you’ve included in such quick sketches. The only recommendation I have is to maybe push the values further. I look forward to seeing more of your work!
