Please critique

I’ve included the reference photo (Monique, Croquis Cafe). The first pencil drawing was intended to block out the drawing and explore values. I scruffed up the back of this drawing with charcoal so I could transfer the image to another sheet of paper. I’ve been wanting to work with and feel comfortable with charcoal, hence the second drawing. I noticed her left leg was too vertical on the first drawing and adjusted that. I struggled with her back in both drawings. I would appreciate any suggestions.
