    Hi!

    • I want to draw householditems for 100 days.

    • I want to learn to observe better, and learn about 3D.

    • I want to make it a good habit drawing every day.

    • During the callenge I will use pencil, pen, charcol and limepencil.

I used a white box as example. I used perpective lines to construct the box seen in 3D. The position of the box is placed in an angle so Challenge day oneyou can’t see one of the sides.

In this drawing I practiced drawing ellipses. I used a transparent bottle, so I could se both the frontside and the backside.Bottle

Hi Linn, try drawing boxes freehand and by the eye. Don’t get caught up in building them from grids just yet. 😉

I draw a glas today. I did not use grid. I focused on observing the glas. It is quite difficult to get the lines right. But hopefully it will get better at the end of this callenge🙂

Day 3 of the challenge I draw a soap dispencer. I used graphite pencil. I divided the drawing in two halfs. Both horizontal and vertically. I found it easier to start the drawing then.

Hello Linn! I liked your last post very much, the proportions feel totally correct!

I would recommend some more studying in perspective though. What you did in your first contribution was an… impossible shape 😛

In order for one side of a box to be invisible from the viewer, its edge should be in a vertical line with one of the vanishing points (I will attach a photo in order to make my point clear since I’m not sure that I can explain this correctly).

Keep up the good work ! 🙂

Thank you for tip🙂 It seems more correct the way you drew it on the photo🙂

I was on a drawing session today. So I will use one of the drawings I made there, for to day’s challenge. I used pencil and watercolour pencils. I focused on the proportions.
