"Like" button or similar

Is it possible to include a like button  for comments. I find often I really like something, however I dont have much to add. I’m always hesitant in just writing “I like this” (it doesn’t add to a thread) however I still want to let the author or artist know that I like their comment/picture.

I second this. I have nothing constructive to add to what is already written in the first post. I just want to cheer on people who submit their work, without adding noise.
