    That’s very nice Beth very sympathetic , and realist proportions and lifelike features I am using pencil charcoal but would be great to try sculpture thanks for sharing

    Thanks so much, Tim. I love working with clay and am finding that drawing is also helping my sculpting. I can’t wait to get a charcoal pencil like you mention. For now, it’s on backorder, so I’m trying to be patient. Hope you can try sculpture, too, as it looks like you want to. I’m convinced that if a person can draw, they can sculpt, although I know that our brains are all made differently. It’s funny that although I can sculpt, I can’t seem to get the hang of a pottery wheel, and pretty much hate it.

    Pottery wheels are Marmite I dont like them either to busy .
