    Hello,

    I love the 3d feature, but I seem to have trouble each time I want it fullscreen and HD. I active the HD Mode, and it loads some things, but I see the model just as pixelated as it was like the non-HD version. Tried turning of my ad-blockers but didn’t make any difference.

    I don’t have this issue on some models, so could it be that some models don’t support HD mode?

    Here’s how I see the model on fullscreen. It’s only visible when the image is fullscreen so I added a close-up shot too.

    In the 3D viewer HD mode loads a higher polygon mesh, it doesn’t affect the resolution of the viewer. We are currently working on a complete rebuild of the 3d viewer that will improve the visuals.
