The videos stopped playing for me and error #224003 pops up. This is true on all of my devices – Windows and iOS. Anyone else having this problem? None of the videos are playing.
I’m having the same issue. Sounds like it’s the system. This is disappointing that there is no tech support on the weekends. I’m in my trial period. I need to rethink this as much as I’m enjoying the videos.
