    Hello,

    I was wondering if NMA is doing business during COVID19. I have emailed twice customer service and havent got reply and 2 days ago I signed up for the Coaching program Level 6 but I havent heard back.

    Yes, New Masters Academy is doing business during COVID-19, however, our staff does not work during the weekend. We received your coaching subscription and Natalie, our Coaching Student Coordinator, will reach out to you today to get you started. Congrats on signing up for coaching!

    Hello! I signed up for a coaching program last week as well.

    I have a suggestion. When somebody signs up you could send out an automatic e-mail saying “We’re processing your request and someone will reach out to you within X amount of business days.” — and then some description of what goes on to assign that person a coach? Because when I signed up, I got worried that you were shut down as well and that nobody was processing coaching requests. Even though it’s only been 5 days and 2 weekend days it just feels so much longer when you don’t leave your home.

    But anyways, I love what you guys made here at NMA!

    You actually should have gotten an automated email saying exactly that. We will look into this and try to improve the communication!

    Looks like you’re both right. The automated email that should have been sent to you to let you know when you’d be hearing from our coaching coordinator hasn’t been sending. We will fix. Apologies for the confusion!

    Thanks for looking into it, Joshua!  It’s been a week since I signed up now and I can’t wait to start. I figured that maybe you guys are having to expand operations because more people staying in = more sign ups and such, plus all the changes caused by the fact that we’re in a pandemic. What crazy times.

    It’s interesting because at first I wasn’t to keen on online education, I was looking for some in person classes to take. But then seeing you guys do the online critiques is what made me realize that online could be just as good, if not better, than in person classes.  Plus I love the library of courses you’ve put together here and the fact that you’re making this knowledge so accessible to people.

    I listened to the Draftsmen podcast yesterday and they were talking about art school and whether you really needed it or not. Then I read this article back from 2013 by Noah Bradley.
