This scan of the dying slave bust is a plaster cast of the original dying slave marble sculpture by Michelangelo Buonarotti 1513 - 1516 ad. The original full-body sculpture is 2.15 meters and was designed stand along side The Rebellious Slave at the tomb of Pope Julius II. It is now located at the Louvre, Paris.
