Which courses for hyper-realism?

Hello, I’m wondering if there are any courses here for learning how to draw and paint photo-realistically? specifically  right now I am drawing a realistic wolf, and I am having trouble with how long it takes and loosing my spot and getting confused when I’m looking at and trying to replicate the fur. Trying to draw every single hair just like the photo and I’m wondering if there is a technique to drawing the fur realistically without zooming in and drawing every single hair exactly. Thank you!
